OMSCHRIJVING TRAINING OFFICE 365 ADMINISTRATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Dit is een 3 daagse training is gericht op de behoeften van IT professionals die een rol spelen in beheren, configureren, troubleshooten, en het opereren van Office 365 services, inclusief de identiteiten, afhankelijkheden, vereisten en ondersteunende technologieën. Deze training is gericht op vaardigheden die vereist zijn om Office 365 te beheren en problemen op te lossen, maar ook voor key services van Office 365 zoals Exchange Online, SharePoint Online en Skype for Business. Het dekt ook security en compliance features van Office 365.

Na afronding van de training kun je:

  • Office 365 services beschrijven
  • Beheer Office 365 door gebruik te maken van grafische user interface (GUI) en Windows PowerShell
  • Beheer en troubleshoot directory synchronisatie en directory objecten
  • Beheer en troubleshoot Skype for Business

Let op, deze training moet in 60 dagen worden afgerond in verband met de beschikbaarheid van de oefenomgeving.

Voorkennis

Voor het volgen van deze cursus dien je te beschikken over:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in het beheren van Windows Server, waaronder Windows Server 2012 of een recentere versie
  • Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
  • Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met name resolution, waaronder DNS
  • Werkervaring met certificaten, waaronder public key infrastructure (PKI) certificaten
  • Werkervaring met Windows PowerShell
  • Ervaring met Exchange Server 2013 of een recentere versie, Lync 2013 Server of Skype for Business 2015 Server en SharePoint Server 2013 of recenter is aangeraden maar niet verplicht
  • Inzicht in Microsoft cloud services en het Office 365 platform
