OMSCHRIJVING TRAINING NINTEX WORKFLOW 2010/2013/2016

Deze training start met een overzicht van het product, het inzicht geven in potentieel gebruik, gevolgd door een installatiemodule om je bekend te maken met hoe het product achter de schermen werkt. De rest van de training is bedoeld om te leren hoe je workflows bouwt en managed. Je begint klein met approval workflows maar snel groei je in complexiteit wanneer je workflows groeien en leer je hoe je werkt met verschillende technieken waaronder periodieke goedkeuring, loops, variabelen, database connecties, error handling en state machines.

Na het afronden van de training kun je:

  • Nintex Workflow installeren en configureren.
  • Workflow fundamentals begrijpen en gebruik maken van van de Nintex Workflow ontwerper.
  • Rijke Workflows creëren met loops en gebruikersinterface.
  • List Workflows, Site Workflows en Reusable Workflows creëren.
  • Geavanceerde Workflow Design mogelijkheden kennen zoals Error Handling en linken aan databases.
  • State Machine Workflows creëren met Nintex Workflow.

Voorkennis

Voor het volgen van deze training dien je te beschikken over SharePoint kennis. Geen eerdere kennis van Nintex Workflow is vereist, maar zou wel een voordeel zijn. Het is ook in je eigen voordeel wanneer je ervaring hebt met het creëren van workflows in Microsoft SharePoint Designer of Visual Studio.

Module 6: State Machine Workflows

This module explains how to create workflows that can move backwards as well as forwards. This allows you to revisit earlier parts of a workflow multiple times and jump to later sections of a process without following the entire process.

You will also learn about site workflows – these enable you to create scheduled workflows that can run independently from any documents or apps.
